    This Fife is made of trademark Dymondwood© which is Northern Birch wood laminate and provides stability and strength, as well as a full, mellow sound with great volume.  The color looks a lot like Honduras Rosewood.   It is also available in Rosewood and Blackwood - contact us for availability and prices in those woods.  This price includes the sturdy case designed to store the fife, cork grease, and a swab for cleaning your instrument.  It all fits handily into the case with a velcro closure - a value of CDN $12.
