Sharping levers are used to add sharps and flats to your harp. They shorten the length of the strings to raise the pitch by half a step.

Without sharping levers you are only able to play in one key. By adding levers you can play in different keys.
Levers can be installed only after the harp is finished and strung.

The Jordan lever is an economical lever that is easy to mount, causes no sideways deflection of the string, works on all types of strings, and best of all one size lever fits all strings!! It is made from a tough composite called Rynite, a type of Polyethylene Terephthalate (PET) made by DuPont. It is used for housings and covers, support brackets, bicyle components, motor parts and other items that require a tough material!

These levers are lightweight so do not add much weight to the portability of the harp. They are mounted while held in place by the strings so there is no need to reduce string tension, move the string to one side, or purchase unusual tools. Tools you will need: a reversing electric drill and an electronic tuner.
