A SUPERB INSTRUMENT!
This Lap Harp has 26 strings (wire or nylon) and a 3 1/2 octave range. Standard strings begin at F below Middle C. Optional nylon strings begin an octave below Middle C and are wound. It stands at 31 inches tall, 13 inches wide, and weighs 12 pounds.
It has a solid Cherry or Walnut body and an aircraft birch soundboard that provides excellent resonation. Complete with an authentic Irish shape and extra decorative curves and details. It has a beautiful bright voice and is a very portable little harp.
If you choose the nylon strings option: all the C strings are colored Red and all the F strings are Blue which makes it easier to figure out where you are in the scale.
This price does not include levers but does include complete instructions, a Tuning Wrench, Harp Care Sheets, 5 year Warranty and full support from Heritage Music Staff. If you would like to install your own levers they are $14.00 each for Lovelands or $9.00 each for Jordans. We will install Loveland or Jordan levers for local customers. Installed Loveland's are $16.50 each and Jordan's are $11.00 each in Canadian Funds.

This harp is quite easy to assemble. The neck and pillar are pre-glued. The frame can be easily glued and screw together. The soundboard and back slide into the slotted sides. You will need an electric hand drill for drilling the string holes in the soundboard and for installing the screws. The neck is already pre-drilled for the tuning pins. The instructions are very straightforward and include how to string and tune your harp.
